An Accounts Payable professional can build a credible SAP transition portfolio by creating clearly labelled learning artifacts that demonstrate process understanding: a procure-to-pay map, an invoice-exception analysis, a controls checklist, sample test cases, and an integration narrative connecting purchasing, goods receipt, supplier accounting and payment. Start from work you genuinely understand

For each sample, prepare a short explanation: what problem it addresses, what assumptions you made, which controls matter, what would need validation in a real SAP landscape, and what you would ask a business stakeholder. That turns a static document into evidence of consultant thinking.
